Tenovus Cancer Care brings practical advice, emotional support and treatment to where it matters most; the heart of the community. We help cancer patients and their loved ones cope, and through our vital research, we offer hope.

A cancer diagnosis has a massive impact on your life – it takes its toll physically and emotionally. But it can affect you financially too. One of the side effects of cancer treatment can be feeling the cold more than usual. And once diagnosed, someone with cancer can find themselves spending more and more time at home. It can get expensive to keep the house warm and some patients struggle to keep on top of their heating bills.

At Tenovus Cancer Care our qualified Cancer Support Advisors can tell people affected by cancer if there’s any extra money they might be entitled to, to help with bills.

Switch energy providers today and donate to Tenovus Cancer Care, so we can help stop cancer patients feeling the cold.

Help Our Support Line

One switch pays for one of our experienced nurses to man our free and confidential Support Line for one hour, so anyone frightened or worried about cancer always has someone to talk to. We’re here 365 days a year for information, practical advice, and emotional support.

A Chemotherapy Session

£50 means one cancer patient can have a chemotherapy session on board our Mobile Support Unit, rather than having to go to hospital. We bring treatment closer to home so patients have less miles to travel and more time with the people they love.

Six Counselling Sessions

£90 means someone affected by cancer can have a course of six, one hour counselling sessions. We all try and stay strong for the people we love, but our counsellors are here to listen, so no one has to cope with cancer alone.

We spend £2.4 million supporting cancer patients and their loved ones each year.
